4th Annual Dutch Oven Mountain Chili Cook Off

Saturday Feb. 20th

@ Rivers Edge Park, Trail Oregon

Rules:

1.  No canned beans

2.  You can soak your beans the day before

3.  You must cook with briquettes only

4.  All prep work must be done on site

5.  Be ready to turn in your pot of Chili for the people's choice judging @ 12:30

     voting closes at 1:00 then we will eat.

Bring your Dutch Ovens, Cooking Surfaces & Cooking utensils.....etc.

Cooks meeting at 8:30

Bring a Lawn Chair

There is water at the Park

Bring your own table service

If you want to join in the competition there is a $10.00 entry fee to be paid upon arrival.
There will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners

If you don't want to compete come and be a taste tester...
Also please bring a side dish to share and your own table service and what you want to drink.
Remember the park is alcohol free, and bring a Lawn Chair.
