Turkey Breast Roast




Add 1/3 cup of Canola oil in bottom of the dutch, saute chopped peppers, we used bell, aniheim and jalapeno peppers with 2 cloves minced garlic.
Put seasoned breast in D.O. cut up some potatoes add some carrots in around it then pour 1/4 cup vinegar over veggies.
Bake in a 8" Dutch Oven with 10 coals on bottom and 15 coals on top.
Bake 30 -35 minutes or until inside temperature is 165 since it is just the breast.

  1. Looks very good. I must try soon. Good to see turkey done in a small oven. That can help us all. I have to do a 20 pounder today for my wife's belated birthday.
