Pork Chops with Cabbage
In a 12" D.O.
Season chops with salt and pepper cook 8 minutes per side with 20 coals on the bottom. Then remove chops, put a little white wine to deglaze the pot. Then chop 1 head of purple cabbage and 1 green bell pepper & 1 large anaheim pepper, put chops on top of these and reduce the coals to 15 on bottom and 15 on top, cook about 45 minutes, or until cabbage is done to your liking.
Looks good. I love stemmed cabbage. I'll give it a try.
