One rack pork spare ribs
Rub with your favorite rub: Ours was, salt, pepper,
smoked paprika, garlic granules & brown sugar.
Apply rub and put in a gallon zip lock bag and put in
the fridge for 4 hours. Heat 12" Dutchoven with 15
coals on bottom and 20 on top & cook for 2 hours.
Apply BBQ sauce on each layer as you put them in
the pot.
