19 – 20 Jalapeños and Anaheim peppers – cut the tops off and de-seed
Ingredients
¼ lb. sausage
¼ lb hamburger
Fry these up with garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste.
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup pepper jack cheese grated
Mix everything together and stuff the peppers covering the bottom of a 12” D.O.
10 coals underneath and 10 coals on top, bake for 30 minutes
