4 Cups self-rishing flour
2 cup whipping cream
Preheat a 12 " Dutch Oven with 8 coals on the bottom and 30 coals on top
for 10 minutes...while it's heating mix up the biscuits.
Combine flour and cream in the mixing bowl, stirring just until blended. (The dough will be a little stiff.) Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead 10 times. Roll to 1" thickness and cut with biscuit cutter of your choice. Place biscuits close together in your lightly greased Dutch Oven, brush on butter.
Bake for 15 -17 minutes
Makes 12 biscuits
